General Equity & Data Practices

This course examines Pennsylvania’s Culturally Relevant and Sustaining Education (CR-SE) Program Framework guidelines and the required competencies educators are expected to embed in their instructional practices. Participants will explore Competencies 5, 7, and 8 as they align to General Equity Practices, with an emphasis on asset-based perspectives, culturally and linguistically responsive communication, and high expectations for all learners. Educators will reflect on their current role and practices as they consider how to foster more equitable and inclusive learning environments.
