Fostering Fulfillment Within Students and the School Culture

As students grow, they face a number of challenges in school. These challenges can vary in intensity and stem from a number of factors, including trauma. These challenges might differ from student to student, but the ability to meet challenges relies heavily on students’ personal needs being met. In this Micro-course, you will explore fulfillment as a focus in school culture and meeting students’ individual needs. Educators must contribute to a positive school culture by being intentional in providing students with skills and opportunities to achieve fulfillment.

This course is part of a collection about Trauma Resiliency. If this topic interests you, be sure to explore the other courses in the bundle.
